Greetings:
Its been awhile since I had to tinker with a template. If you visit our facebook store page, http://www.facebook.com/SnogearUSA/app_427324493998963
We need to make the add to cart button a link to the product on our website, or somehow include a drop down for ordering a size and color options.
Any suggestions as to achieve this? Also, I dont recall where the template is located.

You select the ShopSite page that will be used on Facebook under Merchandising > Social Media > Facebook. The ShopSite page should be using one of the ShopSite provided Facebook templates, or you could create your own.
Based on your link, the page is using the FacebookStandard.sst template and the page in ShopSite is named Snogear Facebook Storefront . So you would have to view that page and see if it assigns a specific product template or uses the product's default template and then modify the add to cart for the product.
