Client ordered thru Orderanywhere link. Claims never got the email receipt. Is there a way i can initiate to resend the receipt again - or send a copy of the order?
I know I can copy/paste the order into a new email, but there is so much stuff I don't want the client to see. I thought I would ask if there is an easier way.

No, the shopper email receipt can't be resent. If you have the merchant copy of the receipt, just strip the part that is merchant specific out and forward the rest to the shopper.

Thanks Jim.
Maybe in the future a button on the packing slip (which has stripped everything out already) to email that form out when looking at it in SS orders list would be nice if possible.
