Order API error "File Does not exist", but it does

I get this errer when I ENTER the Order API info. The file is for sure in the folder shown on the Order API screen, which is /home/kirbyglad/www/cgi-bin/sc/

I've tried renaming the file to COAShopSiteOrder.cgi, but it doesn't like that either.

Your filename, "COAShopSiteOrder.php", failed for the following reason(s):

File does not exist

ANy ideas?

What permissions are set on the file? If they aren't such that the webserver can read or execute the file you would probably get that message.

I don't know anything about php but there have been a number of posts on the forum about how to get php to work with ShopSite so you might want to do a search and see if there is something else that needs to be done.
