Reward based on dollars not quantity

Reward based on dollars not quantity

We are giving away a book with any purchase over $100 but I can't figure out how to set it up. The rewards program only accepts quantities (buy 10 get 1 free). Any help would be appreciated the special is already running.

There is no built in way to give a reward on dollar volume, only on quantity.
