Having a shipping dilemma

On my Cart Contents page there are two groups of shipping options showing up. One is UPS (this is fine), and the second are three radio buttons titled Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day and all three have a zero shipping amount. I cannot figure out how to get rid of the last 3 options. I am using Shipping by Weight, UPS as my only carrier, no custom shipping options. I do see a field labeled Shipping Service Display Order, and inside the field are two options...UPS and ShopSite. I tried to delete ShopSite option, but it doesn't go away. Help, I am upsetting customers by telling them they can't ship their orders for free, even though the cart says so.

Commerce Setup -> Shipping
Set the "ShopSite Shipping Rate Calculations:" option to "None". Then empty your cart and re-add a product and you should now only see UPS realtime shipping options.
