Email customer copy of order/receipt

Is there a way for a customer to request a copy of their order and have it sent to the email on the order... through a form on the website?

There is no ShopSite feature that would do this. Perhaps one of the 'order manager' or 'order status' modules available from 3rd-parties would have something like this, but I don't know. You would have ask the companies that make those modules. See the following page for companies that make various add-ons for ShopSite:
