Protx is upgrading June 29th, and just need to check that the IP address is not hard coded into shopsite.

How do the changed IP addresses affect users of shopping carts?
As long as your shopping cart software has not hard-coded IP addresses into the code, you should not experience any problems connecting to ukvps.protx.com on or after 29th June.

ShopSite rarely uses IPs for any destination since they can change at any time.
If you look on the Protx configuration screen (Commerce Setup > Payment > Configure) You can see the url that is being used and it should be ukvps.protx.com if your store is in live mode. So this change by Protx shouldn't affect you.
