Stone Edge has announced plans for the next Stone Edge User Conference, to be held in Chicago on Saturday and Sunday, June 7 and 8, with a meet-and-greet on Friday evening. This will be our 5th annual conference, and the first to be held in the Mid West. Like last year's conference in San Jose, California, our 2008 Conference is timed to coincide with the Internet Retailer Conference that starts the following day, so you can get to both events with one trip!
The Stone Edge Conference includes two full days of sessions about the Stone Edge Order Manager and other ecommerce topics in two tracks: a Training Track with sessions on inventory, shipping, customizing reports, etc., and a Power Users Track with sessions on warehouse management, customizing the Order Manager, and round-table discussions on using the Enterprise Version of the Order Manager and other advanced topics. Last year's session was sold out at 100 attendees, so this year we have increased our capacity to 150 people, but with nearly 2,000 merchants using the Order Manager, we expect to sell out once again.

Since upgrading Stoneedge we've had ongoing difficulty downloading inventory from Shopsite, which is awkward at best. We simply can't do it, and when it gets fixed it only works for a while.
We've had a varety of explanations, access 2007, new version of shopsite, too big data files, have all been blamed.
Has anyone else had these difficulties and does anyone have a solution?
Alternatively, are there order management systems that integrate better with shopsite?
