Yep, just checking to use 4 columns doesn't do anything unless the
template is designed to use that feature.
That's what I was thinking. Guess I'll have to start hacking out a
template.
Do you want just the products to display or also the links to the page
where they are found? It would be a lot easier to just have the products
and not the links. That way the search result pages would be very similar
to your normal pages and each product could be purchased from that page.
Adding the link to the associated page would really complicate things and
may look quite different from your normal pages.
I agree. I would like it to appear w/o the page links and make it look like
the product pages so you can buy it from the search page.
What templates are you currently using for search? If they aren't the
default ones can you send me a copy of them?
I was starting w/ the default one and trying to add necessary tags, etc. to
create the look of the the normal products pages.
Do I need to declare VAR.Page.Columns 4, then apply the Page.Columns
somewhere in the search template?
By the way, are you the store owner? If so can you give me more info on
the JSP Elephant hyde dumbell price tags? I need some that have a little
more than 3/8 inch between the balls and the balls are 1/2 inch or larger.
I'm not the owner, but I do work directly for the company as the
Network/Systems/Web Admin/Customer Service person. These are are the only
dumbell tags we carry. They are used mostly for rings.
