We want do something like accepting order even the product out of stock.
Do you have any idea about this thing? If you have, please guide me.

Hi,

I not sure where to make a change for the accepting order. the real problem is when customers order the quantity on hand will reduce one, i don't want to like that. and one more problem is i just want to do only for some of the product not for all coz that i can't disable the inventory tracking. that is any solution for this kind problem? can i set individual inventory tracking for each product. Please guide me.

Set the out of stock limit to a negative value for those items that you want to be able to sell even if you don't have any on hand. Set the out of stock limit to 0 for those items that you only have an exact number that you can sell.
