download only NEW orders?

How can we use the download orders feature to just download NEW orders or UNVIEWED orders or orders for a specific time period instead of having to download ALL the orders each time?

I looked through the documentation and searched the forums, but I didn't see any answers to this question.

ShopSite 9 enhanced the order download feature to allow for the download of all orders since a particular order number, or for a range of order numbers, or for a date range.
