Product Upload question

Hello,

I am a new user and trying to upload products. My products upload OK but I get quotes arround the product names. I have tried a number of things but no luck.
Basic process I am using is to download from Shopsite then open the file in Excel and add more products (cut/paste) from another Excel spreadsheet. Duging all of this there are no quotes displayed on the spreadheets.

Any suggestions?

This is a problem caused by Excel not properly exporting TAB delimited files, they alway quote text that contains punctuation when they should just be inserting a tab between the various columns of data. Check this knowledgebase solution for work arounds.
