Missing Digital Download URL's

Having turned off the shipping address and am trying to set up a single digital download on our site. Now I find that neither the receipt nor the bill have the download URL's on them. previously, I had them but only if I looked at the customer order and hit the "send keys" button. But that button has disappeared too. Verisign Payflo Pro support, (Brilliant and answer questions without extra payment), tell me the problem is that there is a delay function to billing in Shopsite that I need to turn off. However, there is nowhere any reference to what the alternatives to the "D" for delay are or can be placed in that box under the processer set up page.

What do I need to do the be able to take the money and not delay the payment?

You need to select "Sale" instead of "Authorization" for the field "Order Transaction Type" when you configure Verisign in your ShopSite back office. See help page at

All that had been there was the letter A - I changed that for S. I have now changed that for Sale.

The next configuration requires Billing Transaction Type, gives the default value of Delayed Capture but does not give any indication of any other billing transaction type. As the problem is with delayed transactions, what goes in here?
