Anyone know why Shopsite doesn't aggregate items added more than once in
the shopping cart. If I add item 1 to the cart, then some other items,
then another of item 1, the cart lists them all individually, rather than
aggregating and listing 2 of item 1. Anyone know why this is?
It can make for a confusing packing list (confusing to pull inventory for
an order).

Re: items not aggregated items in cart
Each item can have its own options and text. So for example, if a
product has a red and blue option, the shopper can put it in their cart
multiple times and for one of the line items choose the blue options and
for the other then red option. If these items were combined into one
line item, the shopper would have to place separate orders to get the
product with different options selected.

That makes sense; however, it could certainly combine items with no ordering options,Each item can have its own options and text. So for example, if a product has a red and blue option, the shopper can put it in their
