All,
I have a unique situation where I need to TURN OFF international shipping for 3 items. It is a very unique situation but theses 3 items can't be shipped to Europe due to some EU regulation. I didn't see anything in the shipping settings unless I missed something. These items have free shipping turned on but I was wondering if there was a way to exclude these 3 items to be shipped internationally...

This is not a built-in feature in ShopSite. However, you appear to be hosted with Lexiconn, one of our Partner/Resellers and they do have a custom shipping API module that might have this capability:

And/or they may have done this in the past for merchants based on the Shopping Cart JavaScript Variables (this blog article of theirs goes about halfway, it just doesn't include checking what products are in the
cart):
