Having Items Using "On Sale Price" Indicated in Cart

Is there a setting, or option, to get an item that is using "On Sale Price" to be indicated as such in the cart? Right now it puts the item in the cart, and shows the discounted price, but there is no other marker to indicate that the item is "on sale". (especially important since sale items are "final" for us, and we'd like one last visual reminder for the customer).

I've looked through the forum and cookbook, but don't immediately see anything.

There isn't a feature to indicate the product is on sale once it's in the cart, however, you could do something like add text such as '(SALE!)' to the end of the product name while the product is on sale. If you are using ShopSite Pro you may also consider using the coupon feature to apply the discount, for more visibility on the shopping cart page.

I guess that is what I am going to have to do... I have thousands of SKUs though... so I was hoping to have something built in that could trigger. Would be a nice feature to have in future versions. Maybe a "regular price" / "sale price" field in the cart as an option.
