Hello
I am trying to download active gift certificates. I go to gift certificates, search for active giftcertificates, select them all. And 347 certificates are returned. I then click download.
The download finishes to my desktop. The size of the file is only 1kb. When I open the .txt file in either excel, notebook or word, I see only two entries, and then the following errors:

I am running Shopsite Pro 12 SP2 r4 on a Windows Server.
Please help.

You are using an old version of ShopSite on a windows server. ShopSite isn't making any updates for the Windows version, so any issues encountered would first be addressed by updating to the latest version 14 which can only be done on a currently supported platform, which includes Linux or FreeBSD.

Yes. Thank for reminding me that Windows is no longer supported. I only learned about that after it happened. We are in the process of of planning our move to Linux.
In the meantime, it would be nice to be able to download this gift certificate report on a windows platform that was supported for 18 years.
