California Prop 65 Message

Looking to see if there's a way to add an alert or message on screen that only appears for customers of a single state (California).

The client is concerned that the Prop 65 messaging may scare off some non-California residents so we are hoping to find a way to only share the Prop 65 messaging to customers who've selected CA as their shipping address.

Java script can be developed to distinguish between the customers state. If you want the message to pop up on the cart screen your JavaScript would have to detect the California shoppers via the zip code entered. On the Checkout screen where the full address fields are you could actually use the State value of the address form.

However, you would either need to develop the java script or hire some one to develop it for you.
