We seem to have found an ordering issue.
We only offer sales to the USA but someone place an order successfully with a Canada address and zip code but said the country was the USA. Because of the odd zip code no shipping cost was calculated. It's easy enough to email the customer and say we can't ship your order, but I wonder if there was a way to reject an order automatically if it has an incorrect zip code?

If you're using UPS you can go to the UPS configuration menu in your ShopSite and check the 'Use UPS Address Validation for City, State & Zip Code' box.
