I seem to have everything screwed up in shipping and don't know what to do. It seems some times shopsite will offer FedEx Ground and most of the time when items are combined or multiple items it only offer Flat Rate Mail or all the FedEx express options.....

FedEx Home Delivery (the FedEx ground service to residential addresses) has a limit of 70 lbs. Since this product weight is 2 lbs, if you have more than 35 of them in the cart that would put the total weight over 70 lbs and FedEx will not return a FedEx Home Delivery rate for it.

You could still get FedEx Home Delivery rates for total weights over 70 lbs if you go to the FedEx settings in your ShopSite and set the 'Maximum weight' to 70 or less. Then ShopSite will send the request to FedEx for multiple packages if the weight exceeds 70. Note that this will affect all FedEx rates, though, because it will also be requesting a rate for multiple packages for the other FedEx services, even though those services may be able to handle a single package weight up to 150 lbs.
