Ajax Add to Cart Popup Not Working

I am using the latest version of shopsite pro for freebsd. (ver 12 sp2 r1 Apache version 2.4.10.1) I have enabled ajax add to cart popup under Commerce>Layout Info. It does not seem to be working. Is there any other place that needs to be enabled?
How can I check that it is working?

Not all of the themes have to code to use the Ajax add to cart. What theme are you using?

I just looked through the template code and it looks like the only theme that has the ajax add to cart built in is the new Habits theme.

On http://www.shopsite.com/templates/cookbook/tags-by-version.html at the top of the page there is a section that tells how you can add this functionality to custom templates.
