I just installed version 12 v1. My shopping cart is no longer showing the Ship to Zip Code field therefor not charging sales tax for California which is my home state. It looks like I have everything set us as before so I am stumped. I looked at the current help page and it looks like I have but obviously something is causing this field not to show. I am using a Shopsite Theme Cart.

What version of ShopSite did you upgrade from?
Check to make sure that Tax by zip is still enabled. Commerce Setup > Tax > Tax by Zip
What is the url to your store?
