I am being told that HTML5 and "responsive design" will make our Web store site more accessible in mobile phone, tablets, desktops...

Does ShopSite Pro have any HTML5 features?

You can use html5 and responsive designs in ShopSite, you just need to code your templates to use it. Note that not all browsers currently support html 5 so making your site html5 may exclude shoppers who have older browsers.

ShopSite 12 which we anticipate releasing later this month will have 9 new themes all of which use responsive design.
