pricing multiple item discount?

I am using shopsite 6.0 and have a question I cannot find an answer to in
the help section.

When pricing a product (say there are 20 books) all are 4.00 each, 4 for
14.00 or 5 or more for 3.50 each

is there a way to set that pricing group up?
