Cookie ss_cart doesnt appear

Hello,

I would like to use the minicart on my own page.
But when i try to access to the ss_cart_Serialnum, it says me it doesnt find the cookie and gives me -1.
When i open the list of my cookies on mozilla, i dont see any ss_cart cookie when i add or work on my cart.
I have only the ss_return_info viewable.
YOu can try on www.electriduct.com, display the list of cookies and simulate something on the cart, no ss_cart cookie.
My support told me :
"You also have to enable the minicart in the ShopSite backoffice under:
Commerce Setup -> Order System -> Layout Info "
But i dont see this option, nothing about minicart.
Though i have shopSite 8.3.

The minicart feature is in ShopSite Pro level only. Your store is a ShopSite manager so it does not have this feature.
