ANOTHER COUPON ENHANCEMENT

I would love to see the ability to put in tiered coupons:

For instance purchase between 0-$100 - $10 or 10% off
Purchase from 100-250 - $20 or x% off
Purchase $250 or more - $25 or x% off

I agree overall the coupon section needs MUCH more functionality.
