Hi.

Can we add Google Analytics Conversion Code to the text box for Javascript on the Commerce>Shopping Cart screen?

NO, don't put it there, put it in either the 'Text at the top of the shopping cart screen' or 'Text at the bottom of the shopping cart screen' fields.

Are you sure you want this code on the initial cart screen? If you just want it on the screen that indicates that a sale was completed, you should put it in the 'Text at the bottom of the thank you screen' in Commerce Setup -> Order System -> Thank You.
