I cannot locate the sc_thankyouemail.css. My thank you email is dog ugly and I cannot for the life of me find where to change the template for it. Or change the button image for the RETURN TO CART button.

I am also trying to locate the "Thank You E-Mail Template" which is referenced in the sc_custom template.

My objective is to change the look of the emailed receipt including the imae used for the return to cart button that is currently showing up on the receipt.

There is no ShopSite default template called 'sc_custom', so this must be your own customized shopping cart template. So check for it in Merchandising -> Custom Templates in the Shopping Cart templates section.

The HTML version of the shopper email receipt is not in a separate template, it is defined in a section of the custom shopping cart template called [-- DEFINE ThankYou_Email --]. If it has an INCLUDE tag including a file called sc_thankyouemail.css, then check in the Merchandising -> Custom Templates -> Includes section for this file. If you don't see it there, then perhaps it is one of the default ShopSite include files used by a ShopSite default template, in which case you should be able to copy it to your Includes menu (so you can edit it) using the Copy ShopSite Include function.

Do you know where I am suppose to go to make layout/color changes to the email receipt?

OK; I see that. I was hoping for a more gooey interface for changing the background color and selecting what image to use for the RETURN TO CART Button.

Other areas in Shopsite where buttons show up, I can change the image for the button using an interface. I assumed that since a button was showing up in the emailed receipt that there was an interface for that image selection as well.

Why the inconsistency?
