Two incidents have recently occurred where a customer has ordered an item
but a different item shows up in their shopping cart. Both times the item
being ordered was a product that had been recently removed from the website
because it was no longer available. Could this be happening because they
have bookmarked the page when it was active and then went back to it and
ordered at a later date - after it had been removed from the site? Is the
site adding the next product in logical sequence to their shopping cart?
Any ideas you can provide are appreciated!
