Adding non-ordered items to shopping cart from shopping cart

Is there a way to make it possible to add products to the shopping cart from the shopping cart? I sell automatic insect control systems. I would like to give the customer the option to add extra refills to the shopping cart after they have ordered the system.

I only sell 8 or so products so it wouldnt be a bid deal if the shopping cart had "0" quantity products in it.

The easiest way would be to hardcode an order link for a product you want to appear on the cart page under:
Merchandising -> Order Anywhere

You can put that html code for the add to cart button in one of the text fields on the cart page, and customers could click it to add that product to the cart once in the cart.
