Error message when trying to checkout on my site...

I have gone to my site www.healthydoghouse.com and tried to walk through the process of buying something. This is the error message that I keep getting once I confirm my order and click checkout:
Detailed error message:
Response Code: 3
Response Subcode: 3
Reason Code: 123
Reason: This account has not been given the permission(s) required for this request.

I am going crazy!!! I have read the entire shopsite help manual and double checked my information on Authorize.net and in the checkout portion of the shopsite manage store to make sure that everything is consistent and still can't figure it out.....Please help!! Thank you, thank you!

Please contact Authorize.net. The error message is coming from them and they should be able to tell you what is wrong.

Also make sure you are using your Auth.net API login ID and the current transaction key instead of the web interface username/password. Auth.net changed their validation for API calls. Also reference this post which sounds similar:

Thank you very much for your help!! It just says "login id" so that's what I was using....however, when I switched it to API login it worked. Thanks again!!!
