Order management

Are there any plans to add any functionality to the backoffice order/customer management features of ShopSite? I am thinking of creating a web-based app, but don't want to spend a lot of time if ShopSite 9 will have some more order management features.

Specifically, the features below (which are present in almost every e-commerce system I know of) are pretty important:

• Modify/change order
• Edit customer information
• Manually override price
• Email customer/communication
• Bill partial order

There are more, but you get the idea. If ShopSite doesn't have any plans to add functionality to the order/customer management then I will probably create an add-on module.
