More info is needed. What version of ShopSite, Pro, Manager, Starter?
How are you trying to assign the products? Is your back office Pages/Products in Advanced Editing or Basic Editing mode? The normal way to doe it would be in Advanced editing on the Pages screen select the page you want to put products on, click the Assign Items button Select Products from the list and continue. Next select the first product from the list and hold down the [Ctrl] key to select additional items. Then Save Changes. If you let up on the control key while selecting the selection reverts to single items.
In Basic Editing mode you select the Page from the list of pages and click on its name. You will be taken to a screen with a few entry fields and a list of all products with a check box by the name of the product. Simply check the boxes you want and save changes. This method works fine if you only have a few products but if you have hundreds the list of products is too long to scroll through.
