User Accounts in Shopsite Manager

Isnt there a way to create user accounts for a web site in Shopsite Manager? A secret work-around maybe? My client is stuck with his current host for a while. Hes got their top package which only goes to Shopsite Manager (I beleive its version . Has anybody accomplished this without hiring a full blown programmer?
