Search Order

Trying to understand the logic of the search results.

Is there a tutorial on optimizing your products listings and also understanding how the results get ordered. For instance. We have a product called "building employee morale" but when you search for the word "building" it shows up wayyyy down the list ????? even after titles that do not have building in the title, only in the description.

Also, can't get the search to accept the number 1 as a leyword. We also have a product called 1 on 1, and the search will not bring it up if you just search on the number "1"

So no one knows the logic behind the Shopsite search? How it determines order?

There is currently no order to the results returned by the search and no way to force an order to it that I know of.
