I cannot link my Ebay account to Shopsite. Keep getting the error that the shop names are not the same. Do I have to change the account name of my Ebay store? If so does it have to be the same as the store ID?

Works for me, all I have to do is go to Merchandising -> Auctions -> Configure -> eBay Signup, which takes me over to an eBay page where I enter my eBay username and password, sign in, and then click the 'Agree and continue' button, and that's it. Note that this is currently only for use with US eBay accounts, and eBay probably also requires that it be a verified Seller account, too.

I have a couple ebay accounts and I keep getting the same error.

Bummer, never heard of that one. What version of ShopSite do you have? Maybe you need an upgrade.
