Shipping Question

Why is it that under Shipping options, I can only select one carrier (radio buttons for UPS & Federal Express)? Not only do I need both to be used (displayed, but I am purchasing the add-on for the USPS and need that as an option for my customers as well.

Yes, you can only have either FedEx or UPS not both. This is a requirement that UPS and FedEx have put on ShopSite. You can also have the ShopSite shipping method and a custom shipping api enabled.

So if I selected FedEx and the used the add-in USPS... I could have both of those at the same time?

Yes. And if you wanted all three (FedEx, UPS, and USPS), then you could use the ShopSite UPS, and the add-on for FedEx and USPS (I believe there is an add-on available that does both).

Hi,
Go to Lexiconn. They developed for us a double custom module Fedex and USPS. They you can set your UPS account up too...
Then all three methods are available..
