Shoppingcard combined actions, shippingcost/payment method

So how do I do this... If the customer chooses paying method "pay when recieving the products" in the shoppingcard, how can I link that with automatically added shipping cost for "fee for paying when recieving the products"? Although I do not prefer that shipping method, customers here are used to the service, and I can not avoid to offer it I want to avoid further , that a customer will get smart on me and choose the shippingcost for normal prepayd delivery. How can I force the customer to pay what he has to?

There is no built-in way in ShopSite to do this. You may be able to use Javascript in the CheckIt function of the cart if you are using ShopSite Pro to enforce a specific shipping rate be selected for a specific payment method, but it would be a bit involved.
