Digital Downloads e-mail receipt question

In the e-mail receipt for an order that includes digital downloads, the download URLs are listed, followed by the line:

"Click on the Product Names to download."

Sadly too many of my customers either miss this line or don't understand it. Is there a way to customize this text? I looked in the obvious places but it's not referenced in Commerce/Order System/Thank You or Commerce/Digital Download/Configure. I looked in the shopping cart template and it seems to be part of [-- SC_Cart --] which I don't know enough to find. I'm running 8.0.1
