Product Percentage Discounts

I need to set my quantity prcing AT THE PRODUCT LEVEL for percentage off instead AMOUNT.

how do I do that?

I See how to do that gloabally in the Discount Schedule section, but I cannot ONE schedule, I have about 40 different percentage off schedules that vary product to product.
