Relocate Bad CC Message

Hi there,

I am having some trouble discerning the shopping cart template, but I would like to move the PLEASE ENTER A VALID CREDIT CARD message that appears to below the header, where does the code for that live?

For this you would probably want to move the [-- ShopSiteMessages --] tag in the [-- DEFINE Shipping --] section, and/or perhaps in the [-- DEFINE Confirmation --] section if you are using the optional confirmation screen.
