Email when order received

Whenever we receive an order, an email is automatically sent to us advising us of what's been ordered and gives us a link to click on to collect the payment information (we don't use a real time payment gateway). The link looks like this:

To retrieve payment information on this order, click on the 'Orders' button from within ShopSite.
Shopsite URL: http://shopsite.ourwebsite....

The problem is that we quite often reply to this email so that we can tell the customer that we are out of stock on an item or when the delivery date will be. But by sending them this link, it would seem to be a small security risk even though they would still need a username and password to get into it.

I realise we could simply NOT reply to this email or delete the text from it, but is there a way to customise this email that is sent to us to remove this text?

There is no way to change this receipt.

What I do when I reply to that email is just delete that login part from the email before I send.

It would be nice if we could customize this email though.
