Payment Processing Error layout

Hi,

I've used Commerce Setup > Order System > Layout Info to customize my checkout page, but when I get a 'Payment Processing Error', it does not display the background color I selected (although it does appear to be using my selected text color). Can you let me know how to control the background color for the Error?

View the html source of the page and see if there is a style assigned to the error message box. If there is then you would change the css file that defines that style.

Hi Jim,

See below for what the source looks like. It appears that the bgcolor is hardwired. Where would I make this change? I'm new to this area of Shopsite. Thanks, John
