Somewhere down below in this forum I have this all explained. It goes beyond
UPS tracking. It will let a customer log in and see that their entire order
where one item is waiting for a fresh batch to arrive (backordered), one item
is being shipped separately (drop ship), 4 items were shipped on this date, 2
items were returned and a credit issued...this is a current status of each
item in the order, not just the UPS tracking number and link to their tracking
page. And each merchant can have as many statuses to suit your own needs.
This is real time status, just like the big guys and gals use and it's pretty
much automated with the right software. 6 more merchants at somewhere around
$600 each is the rough estimate I got. You can sign up below if you're
interested...more details available when we get 3 merchants to somewhat commit
and you'll all have input to what you need.

I don't know if you have multiple shipping options, but if you ship with
UPS they will provide you with the code to integrate their tracking
system into your website. This is not Shopsite dependant - it will work
on any site.
