Where can I edit email receipt name - email gift certificate

Where can I go in the Shopsite back office to edit the name of the email gift certificate as it appears in the customer's receipt?

We are selling gift cards and I want to change the name that shows in the customer's receipt from "Email Gift Certificate" to "Gift Card" but have not discovered where to make that change.

Try Preferences > Store Text > Gift Certificates

Most text for gift certificates are defined on that screen.
