Can't Get Add To Cart To Go To Shopping Cart

Hello all,

I'm fairly new with Shopsite, I have a client that needs me to fix a store that someone else really screwed up!!!

The problem I'm having is that when the "Add to Cart" button is clicked the user is not forwarded to view the cart. After reading the FAQ I Changed the Default for the "Show me my shopping cart" checkbox, but still cannot get the desired effect.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a page that you can point us to so we can see the issue?
Lots of things could cause problems so without seeing the exact problem it is pretty hard to know what it might be.
