incomplete download

I have been running a SC Pro 5.0.1 store for a couple of years. We have
14000 items on the store. When I attempt a product download I get the
progress bar on the extraction to go to about 90% and then it stalls. I
have no problem with the page download.

Are you downloading it to your browser or to a file on the server? It
may complete faster and avoid a timeout if you download it to a file on
the server, then you can get it via FTP.

It stops during the extraction process. I do not get to choose browser or
server.

You should be able to choose if it goes to a file or a file on the hard
drive. I am runnign the exact same version and it is always there.

When you go to 'Database Download' and choose 'Proceed' it goes to the
'dbextract.cgi' and shows a progress ba before going to the choose browser or
server screen. This works fine with the pages but stalls at about 90% on
products never reaching the next screen.
