Does anyone know about Ebay and shopsite

I want to do some auctions on Ebay, I did one and tied shopsite to my account. My question is...Now that I tied shopsite to my account...if I just go to ebay and sign in and do some auctions manually will they still get my checkout? I want to list 4 1/2 pound scents and give the customer a choice of 25 different scents to choose from and can only seem to be able to do that manually as I don't know how to set something like that up in shopsite. I usually list the same aution 10 times so lots can bid...

Posting an item on eBay using the ShopSite interface is just like posting it on the eBay side only it uses some of the data from your ShopSite database. When a shopper buys an item they will always use the checkout on the eBay side and not go through the ShopSite interface.

So it makes no difference...and I still need my order anywhere "ebay shoppers" button for checkout to get CC info. For some reason I thought adding an aution thru shopsite brought them to my cart. Thanks.
