Customer Migration

I am migrating my store from Miva to ShopSite Pro. I have downloaded and converted my Miva databases to get all of my user and order records, but how can I get the customer (and potentially the order history) imported into my ShopSite installation?

Any help is appreciated.

There is currently no interface to import customers into ShopSite. Each customer must be signed up separately.
