Email extractor software needed

We do a monthly customer newsletter and need a way to extract email addresses from orders. Our ancient extractor software needs to be replaced.

Can anyone recommend software that will do the trick?

I download the orders from ShopSite in tab-delimited format and open the file with excel. I specify just the fields I need for the download (such as email address and order date), and then copy the appropriate column from excel into my list/email manager. (It helps if whatever program you store the email addresses in automatically removes duplicates).

In the meantime I was able to get my old extractor to work with my new machine.
